Jared & I were friends in high school & reconnected again about 7-8 years ago. He was such a wonderful person & a great friend to me. We talked all the time & hung out often. We drifted in our friendship right before his diagnosis, but I did check in on him from time to time. He fought the long, hard, awful fight & I know he is finally resting in peace. He will be missed. Praying for his family at this difficult time.

My condolences to the family. Jared was a great person with a big spirit. We played hockey together for 11 or so seasons. We kept in touch the last couple years mainly through texting. He will be missed. I know he is resting in a better place.
