William Kinston Hailey

William Kinston Hailey, 86, passed away peacefully to be with our Lord on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. He was born August 1, 1937 to the late Allen Hailey and Necie Perry Hailey.

A service to celebrate his life will be held 2:00 pm, Sunday, September 10, 2023 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale. Burial will follow at Stony Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Wake Forest.

The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 1:45 pm at the funeral home.

He is survived by his brother, Blaine Mark Hailey and wife, Brenda; aunts: Ella Marie Perry, Barbara Smith; uncles: Herbert Junior Perry and Buck Perry.  

In addition to this parents, Allen and Necie Hailey, he was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Sidney who died at birth; Lula Mae Summers, Earl Perry; aunt, Thelma Jones and Janice Dick.

We would like to express thanks to Providence Assisted Living for their care for William. Finally, we are grateful for the loving kindness of hospice care.
