Vivian (Stallings) Witcher

Vivian Stallings Witcher, 85, passed away Monday, May 31, 2021. She was born July 16, 1935 in Johnston County to the late Wallace Benjamin Stallings and Rosa Bell Hall Stallings. 

The family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC. 

A graveside service will be held 1:00 pm, Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, 809 W Gannon Ave, Zebulon. 

Surviving: children: Charles “Jay” Strickland (Cynthia), Sabrina Pendleton (Earl), Lynn Smith and Dayne Dosher; grandchildren: Sted and Travis Strickland, Wesley Parrish, Spencer Strickland, Felicia Strickland, Charlie, Elizabeth and Marshall Smith, Jonathan Hall, Daniel Caroon, Benjamin Dosher; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild. 

In addition to her parents, Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, John Witcher; children: Wally Strickland and Tonya Murray; brothers: Robert “Bob” Stallings and J.R. “Pete” Stallings.
