Shannon Denise Lovelady

Shannon Denise Lovelady, 53, passed away in her sleep on Monday, March 13, 2023. She was born August 8, 1969 in Apopka, FL to Barbara Peters Lovelady and the late John Weldon Lovelady, Sr. Shannon worked as a fleet manager in the trucking industry. She was outgoing, friendly, always smiling and was the life of the party. Shannon loved the beach and enjoyed riding motorcycles. 

She is survived by her mother, Barbara Peters Lovelady; her brothers: John Weldon Lovelady, Jr. and wife, Michele, Jeffery Scott Lovelady and his wife, Detra, Christopher Jene Lovelady and his wife, Amanda; as well as many nieces and nephews; her fiancé, Ronnie Coates and his daughters: Ashley and Taylor and his grandchild, Bentley. 

In addition to her father, Shannon was preceded in death by her sister, Tammy Lynn Jones. 

A service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
