Peggy Lou Brooks Wall, age 82, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 17, 1939 in Wake County to the late Richard Nathaniel Brooks and Mamie Lee Faison Brooks. Peggy retired as an accounting clerk with NC State Government.
Funeral service 12:00 pm, Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Faith Baptist Church, 2728 Marks Creek Road, Knightdale, NC 27545. Burial will follow at New Knightdale Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the church.
She is survived by her husband, Talmadge Ray Wall; son, Talmadge Ray Wall Jr (Yvette), grandchildren, Talmadge Wall III “Trey”, Stephen Garrett Wall (Mackenzie) and Ethan Blake Wall, sisters, Edna Earl Fagan and Bernice Cook.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her sisters Georgia Watkins, Willie Ruth Watson and brother Harold Wayne Brooks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church Knightdale Missions Fund.
