Martha Louise (Smith) Frazier

Martha Louise Smith Frazier, 99, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 11, 2021.  Louise was born in Gates County on January 8, 1922. She retired with over thirty years of service with the NC Dept. of Public Instruction. She was married to the late Thomas Earl Frazier who preceded her in death on June 28, 1998. 

A service to celebrate her life will be held 11:00 am, Monday, January 18, 2021 at Friendship Baptist Church, 5510 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh. Entombment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. 

She is survived by her special friends, J.W. and Sylvia Reel, Chuck Reel and Cindy Ellington. 

In addition to her parents and her husband, Louise was preceded in death by her sister and her brother. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friendship Baptist Church.
