Margaret Louise (Perry) Barden

Margaret Louise Perry Barden, 87, passed away Friday, July 17, 2020. She was born November 9, 1932 in Wake County to the late Crocker Cleveland Perry and Willie Birdie Stells Perry. Margaret worked with the NC Department of Revenue for twelve years. As long as her health permitted, she attended Vision Baptist Church. Margaret was a wonderful cook, baking cakes and pies for her friends and neighbors. 

A service to celebrate her life will be held 10:00 am, Monday, July 20, 2020 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale. Burial will follow at Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Surviving: daughters: Gail Barden, Margaret Ann Barden Watkins; grandchildren: Jason Terry, Corbin Terry, Dana Ray Watkins; great-grandchildren, Addie Terry, Hayden Terry, Izzy Terry. 

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, George “Buster” Harold Barden, Jr.; daughter, Ginger Evelyn Barden; siblings: Annie Lee Barbee, Henry Leonard Perry, Robert Edward Perry and Ada Mae Thompson.
