Obituary
Kenneth Ray Richardson, 71, passed away at his home on the family farm on Monday, July 12, 2021. He was born on the family farm May 14, 1950 to the late Willard Upton Richardson and Matred Bell Carter Richardson. After working on the farm and construction, he retired at age 65 as a supervisor at Currin Brothers Construction.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, July 16, 2021 at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, 809 W. Gannon Avenue, Zebulon, NC 27597.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday, July 15, 2021 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC 27545.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Benson Richardson; daughters: Alisha Marchant, Crystal Richardson; granddaughters: Kelli Richardson, Laura Moody, Brooke Lynn Bailey; great-grandchildren: Javier, Sergio, and Andreas Puebla; brother, Tommy D. Richardson, Sr.; step-brother, John Daniels.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny W. Richardson.
