Judith Faye (Rogers) Medlin

Judith Faye Rogers Medlin, 83, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021. She was born October 1, 1938 in Wake County to the late James Amos Rogers and Gertie Stancil Rogers. She graduated from Knightdale High School in 1957. Judith retired after 25 years of service as an administrative assistant with the NC Dept. of Commerce. 

A service to celebrate her life will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 20, 2021 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale. 

The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 12:00 to 12:45 pm at the funeral home. 

A graveside service will be held 1:00 pm, Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh. 

She is survived by son, Bobby Lee Medlin, Jr. and wife, Melissa of Wilmington; daughter, Teresa Medlin Harper and husband, Dave of Raleigh; grandchildren: Carly Moore, Nathan Moore, Elizabeth Grace Medlin; great-grandson, Sebastian Guerra; and brother, Roy Rogers of Nashville. 

In addition to her parents, Judith was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Medlin, Sr. in 2012; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
