John Bernard Super

John Bernard Super passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 7, 2023. He was 77 years old. John was born on July 4, 1946, to the late John Super and Linda Gallagher Super, in Huntingdon, PA. He served in the USMC from 1966-1970. He loved his family and enjoyed spending his time hunting and fishing. He will forever be missed.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Havens and brothers, Gary Super and Timothy Marshall. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda Carroll Super; son, John “Mickey” Super, his wife, Brandy of Raleigh; daughters, Sandy Super, her husband, Edwin Hager of Zebulon; Jennifer Tucker, her husband, Adam of Willow Spring; brother, Tom Marshall, his wife, Cindy of Strawberry Plains, TN; 6 grandchildren, Amourelle Blalock, Troy Super, Krystal Ross, Kodie Super, Kayla Super-Swain and Hailey Ayscue; and 7 great-grandchildren, Baileigh, Madalynn, Everett, Zane, Kai, Warren and Larkin.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
