John Thomas Davis

John Thomas Davis, 67, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020. He was born February 18, 1953 in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania to the late John Thurston Davis and Mary Louise Rhodes. John was an Electrician with ABB Group and a Volunteer Fireman with Wake New Hope Station 2.   

The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday, May 30, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale and other times at the home.   

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Sunday, May 31, 2020 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale. Burial will follow at Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Surviving: wife of 30 years, Carolyn Strickland Davis; sons: John Paul Davis of Fleetwood, Jason Davis of Zebulon; step-daughters: Amy Pierce of Roanoke, VA, Robin Luttrell (John) of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren: Tyler Davis, Myles Evans, London Evans, Paris Evans, Taylor Davis, Savannah Luttrell; sister, Jan Lewis (Steve) of Gettysburg, PA. 

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his daughter, Katherine Evans.
