Obituary

Joey Dale Renfrow, 55, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022. He was born May 7, 1966 in Johnston County to Dolores Beasley Renfrow and the late Billy Autry Renfrow. Joey worked as a HVAC Supervisor with Triad Mechanical. His passion was to play golf and spend time with family and friends.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Baptist Tabernacle Church, 1599 NC Hwy 231, Wendell. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale and other times at the home of Dolores Renfrow.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Taylor Renfrow; sister, Vickie Renfrow; nephews: R.G. Hamilton, Mason Hamilton; niece, Michaela Hamilton.

Joey was preceded in death by his father and sister, Paula Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any SECU branch for the memorial fund for Joey Renfrow to assist the family with expenses.
