Jashbhai C. Patel, 83, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021

Generous. Empathetic. Reliable. These are just a few of the words one can use to describe J.C. Patel. An innate caretaker to numerous extended family members, friends, his wife Jayshree, his son Darshan and daughter Reena and his precious grandchildren Devin, Kayla and Kaiden, J.C. kept an open heart to all. And, that is all he wanted from others in return. 

His children and wife ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Triangle Aphasia Project. J.C. was personally impacted by stroke-related aphasia, and his family would love to support other families living through this debilitating condition. 

A service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, July 29, 2021 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC 27545. Those who cannot make it to the chapel can view the service via the live stream link below. 

NOTE: Though there are currently no COVID-19 restrictions for funeral homes, the family understands anyone's decision to stay home.
