Hubert Cleveland Morris

Hubert Cleveland Morris, 74, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021. He was born April 6, 1947 in Wake County to the late Hubert Morris and Kathleen Davis Morris. He graduated from Garner High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from N.C. State University. Hubert honorably served his country in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnamese War earning several medals including the Purple Heart Medal. He owned and operated the Britannia Tobacco Shop in Cameron Village, NC. 

A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm, Monday, June 7, 2021 at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd., Salisbury, NC 28144 with Military Honors.

Surviving: son, Stephen Morris; daughter, Laura Morris; grandchildren: Diego Alexander Hernandez, Jacob Hernandez; brothers: Herbert Morris, Howard Morris.
