Danny Carlton (Sr.) Harris

Danny Carlton Harris, Sr., 70, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023. He was born January 19, 1953 in Wake County to the late Bailey W. Harris and Lucille Smith Harris. Danny retired after 28 years of service with Carolina Builders. As long as his health permitted he was a faithful member of Tippet’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. 

Surviving: wife, Carol Ann Edwards Harris; son, Danny Carlton Harris, Jr.; step-daughter, Pam Cox; three grandchildren; sister, Diane H. Latkowski. 

In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce Marie Chalk Harris; daughters: Roxie Elaine Harris, Donna Michelle Harris; sister, Rebecca H. Mozingo; brother, Randy Wayne Harris.
