Clara (Denning) Cobb

Clara Denning Cobb, age 81, passed away on April 20, 2024. She was born on March 18, 1943 in Johnston County NC to the late John L. Denning and Euvene P. Denning.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Willard (Jack) Cobb, son Jay Cobb (wife Heather), son Jim Cobb (wife Denise), granddaughter Dana Lewis (husband Dan), grandson Aaron Cobb, grandson Noah Cobb (wife Stephanie), and grandson Jakob Cobb (partner Sydney).

In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her brother Johnny Denning, granddaughter Emily Cobb, and nephew Joe Denning.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church (2458 Johnston County Road, Angier NC) on April 25, 2024 at 11:00 am. The family will receive relatives and friends in the church immediately following the service.
