Charles "Chuck" Eugene Morris

Charles “Chuck” Eugene Morris, 79, passed away Friday, May 22, 2020. He was born June 14, 1940 in Delaware County, Ohio to the late Bernard Morris and Edna Mateer. Chuck retired after 15 years of service with Brock Contract Service as a Warehouseman. He graduated in 1958 from Cardington High School in Ohio. He loved sports and was a huge Cleveland Indians fan as well as an Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Chuck loved his God, his family and his church family. 

A service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date. 

Surviving: wife, Linda Knapp Morris; step-sons: Tony Dill (Joanne) of Raleigh, Michael Cornett (Shaunna) of Wake Forest; step-daughters: Karen Eastwood (Tony) of Lucama, Michele Bellis (Joe) of Autryville; grandchildren: Matt Endress, Joe Endress (Ashley), Christy Stearns, Kandace Six, Jamie Glover, Erynn Lesondak, Kerri Pleasant, Diane Allen, Shane Dill, Taylor Dill, Brittany Bellis, Chris Cornett, Harley Bellis, Abrielle Cornett; great-grandson, Dorian Charles Endress; brothers: Jim Morris (Liz) of Ohio, Tub Morris (Shirley) of Ohio; sisters: Sharon Collmer (Bud) of Ohio, Judy Johnson (Bob) of Ohio, Nancy Bahr (Rick) of Alaska; son-in-law, Dennis Endress of Zebulon. 

In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Endress; grandson, Jason Pizza; sister, Linda Riley; brother-in-law, Merle Riley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Genesis Pentecostal Holiness Church, Expansion Fund, 2600 Edgemont Rd, Wendell, NC 27591.
