Charles (Chuck) Rex Bettilyon, 79, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 in Raleigh, NC. He was born July 23, 1941 in Massilon, OH to the late Charles O. Bettilyon and Betty Slates Bettilyon. Chuck honorably served his country in the US Marine Corps and retired from IBM as an Industrial Engineer/Project Manager. Chuck was devoted to his family and very active in his community.
His wishes were to be cremated and no services held.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Judith Carleton Bettilyon; children: Tim Bettilyon, Rob Bettilyon (Teresa), Kristi Bettilyon; grandchildren: Anita, Dalton and Walker Bettilyon; sisters: Delores Covatto, Patty Siekkinen; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Bettilyon and sister, Linda Michelson.
