Carolyn Jeanine (Lowrey) Tims

Carolyn Jeanine Lowrey Tims, 90, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020. She was born January 21, 1930 in Houston, Texas to the late Raymond Lowrey and Anna Grace Woodsin Lowrey.   

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh.

She is survived by her son, Dr. Raymond Lindsey Tims, Sr. and wife Dell Davis Tims; grandson: Raymond Lindsey Tims, Jr.; sister, Rayanna Lowrey Rogers; nieces: Pam, Margo, and Kay; nephews: Raymond and Dean.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Russell “Ernie” Tims, Jr.; daughter, Karen Grace Tims; sister, Sandra L. Young; and a nephew, Spencer.
