Bella Marie (Wisdom) Blackford

Bella Marie Wisdom Blackford, 63, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021. She was born June 5, 1958 in Germany to Donald Lee Wisdom and the late Irma Spoonhour. Bella was an adventurous woman who loved to explore the outdoors with her family. She enjoyed fishing, camping and canoeing. She loved going to the races, to the beach, and enjoyed going deep sea fishing. Bella was a great woman with a big heart and loved everyone that came in contact with her. 

The family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale. 

A service to celebrate her life will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Heritage Baptist Church, 615 Mack-Todd Rd, Zebulon. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens. 

In addition to her father, Donald Lee Wisdom, Bella is survived by her husband, Bruce David Blackford; daughters: Brandy Murray (Shane), Pamela Horton (Billy Wayne); son, William Thomas; grandchildren: Jeffrey Murray (Caitlin), Jason Murray, Jonathan Horton, Cheyanne Thomas, Billy Wayne Horton Jr., Jonah Horton; siblings: James Wisdom (Cheryl), Juanita Wisdom, Emmett Wisdom, Veronica Reynolds (Darrell), Tammy Davis, Penny Wisdom, Donald Lee Wisdom Jr.
