Barbara (Davis) Carroll

Barbara Davis Carroll, 76, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021. She was born June 15, 1944 in Middlesex in Nash County to the late Robert Davis and Junie Esther Godwin Davis. She graduated from Bailey High School in 1962 and married the love of her life, the late Billy Daniel Carroll on February 29, 1964. Barbara was a wonderful mother to Beth, with strong and loving leadership. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. 

The family will have a gathering of remembrance from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, Thursday, April 1, 2021 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale. Please wear a face mask and practice social distancing to ensure everyone’s safety. 

Surviving: daughter, Beth Carroll (Joe Davis); sister, Joyce Flora (Ray); brother-in-law, David Carroll (Judy); sister-in-law, Melba Carroll; numerous special nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents and her husband, Barbara was preceded in death by her brother, Lynwood Davis.
