We had my father’s service and cremation process here, and Melissa was supportive every step of the way. In October 2018, Melissa and Barbara were a wonderful comfort for me when my husband, Kenneth McPherson passed away from a long illness. My late husband's wishes were for cremation and Poole took care of everything. I was able to choose an urn for his ashes and also a small remembrance container for my stepdaughter since she lives in California. Everyone at Poole was very professional and caring. I appreciate all of their service to me. They made a difficult time very easy, simple, and comforting.
