Priscilla Riggan Freeman Raper, 76, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017.  She was born May 24, 1940 in Wake County to the late Joseph Holman Riggan and Ethel Brown Riggan. She was a homemaker for many years before working with EDS Federal and Teledyne Thermatics.

A service to celebrate her life will be held 6:00 pm, Thursday, June 29, 2017 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Rd., Knightdale, 27545.

Priscilla is survived by her, husband, Horace Lee Raper; daughters: Donna Freeman Schulz and husband, Scott, Dawn Hardy; sons: James W. “Jim” Freeman, Jr., Harold D. Freeman and wife, Georgia, John D. Freeman and wife, Natalie, Michael Raper and wife, Ollie; sisters: Lela Freeman and husband, Mike; Sandra Smith and husband,Greg; 16 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
