Peggy Ann (Holloman) Parrish

Peggy Ann Holloman Parrish, 82, passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at her home. She was born May 1, 1936 in Columbus County, SC to the late Andrew Jackson Holloman and Betty Cox Holloman. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and will be greatly missed.

Funeral service 2:00 pm, Monday, September 17, 2018 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, 27545. Private entombment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Mausoleum. 

The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the funeral home and other times at the home.

Surviving: husband, Jimmy Daniel Parrish; daughters Lynda Diane Weddings (Larry), Joy Lynne Parrish; grandchildren; Dustin Daniel Weddings (Alexis), Stephen Wade Jones, Jr. (Muriah), Macy Lynne Jones; great-grandchild, Riley Ann Jones all of Knightdale; sisters: Virginia H. Miller of Princeton; Bert H. Brown of Selma; brothers: Fulton Holloman (Carol) of Clayton, George Holloman (Ruby) of Smithfield.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by sister, Emma Nichols; brothers: Chester, Luby, Luther, J.W. and Leon Holloman.
