Lana Catherine Jacobs

It is with great sadness that the family of Lana Catherine Jacobs announces her passing on August 1, 2018.  She was born February 28, 1967 in Johnson City, TN to Willa Dean Jacobs and the late Clark Jacobs.  Lana will be remembered for her unique generosity and creative, free spirit.

Survived by her children, Christian, Lindsey, and Isabella; her mother, Willa Dean Jacobs; siblings, Sharon Woodard, Teresa Davis (Frank), Jack Jacobs (Laura); and extended family and friends.

A service celebrating the life of Lana will be held at 6:00 pm, Monday, August 6, 2018, at L Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, with visitation to follow.
