JoAnn (Weathers) Tessinear

JoAnn Weathers Tessinear, 74, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018. She was born March 7, 1943 in Wake County. JoAnn worked at WakeMed Heart Center as a receptionist for 23 years. 

Funeral service 11:00 am, Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Faith Baptist Church, 2728 Marks Creek Rd, Knightdale, 27545. Burial Clyde’s Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. 

The family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, March 2, 2018 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Rd., Knightdale, 27545 and other times at the home of Kim & Matt Taylor, 3621 Tarheel Club Road, Raleigh, 27604. 

Surviving: son, Wallace Keith Tessinear and wife, Jessica of Wendell; daughter, Kimberly Tessinear Taylor and husband, Matthew of Raleigh; grandchildren: Damon Taylor, Zachary Taylor, Hannah Tessinear, Luke Taylor, Mason Taylor; step-father, Wilbert Lamm; numerous Tessinear family members, whom JoAnn considered her family.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Weathers Lamm and husband, Wallace Ray Tessinear.
