Jennifer Michelle (Scott) Cook

Jennifer Michelle Scott Cook, 37, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018.  She was born December 27, 1980 in Baltimore, Maryland to Gregory Scott and Tammy McMellen Scott.

A service to celebrate her life will be held 6:00 pm, Friday, November 16, 2018 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC 27545.

The family will receive relatives and friends at 5:00 pm prior to the service.

Surviving: husband, George Nicholas Cook; son, Dominick Cook; daughters, Skylar Hunt, and Kaitlyn Cook; her parents, Gregory and Tammy Scott; brother, Timothy Shawn Scott of Newton Grove; sister, Sherri Anne S. Keen of Smithfield; 3 nephews, and 3 nieces.
