Frances Mills Crum, 70, passed away Friday, March 31, 2017. She was born January 20, 1947 in Wake County to the late Herman M. Mills and Mamie Vinson Mills. 

Graveside inurnment service will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, 27603. 

Surviving: step-daughter, Revonda Ball; 3 grandchildren; sisters: Rose Brown (Joe), Faye Dent; brother, William Mills (Martha); several nieces and nephews; her adopted children; and best friend, Billie Arnold. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Dale Crum; step-daughter, Trisha Riddle; and brother-in-law, Charles Dent.
