Ethel (Tyson) Patrick

Ethel Tyson Patrick, 89 passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 at her daughter’s home in Morganton. Ethel was born July 1, 1928 in Wake County to the late William Alexander Tyson an Lucy Neville Tyson. 

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh.     

Anyone wishing to pay their respects to Ethel may do so on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale.    

She is survived by her daughter Matilda Anna Patrick of Morganton; son Vann Alan Patrick Jr.; and a grandson Henry Patrick DeHart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Vann A. Patrick and sister Doris Tyson White.
