God will sustain you with his "right hand of righteousness" during this difficult time. Isaiah 41:10 says: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness". Isaiah 41:13; I "am grasping your right hand, the One (God) saying to you,...'I will help you'". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7)

Our prayers and love to all the family.
Cousin Emily would call to check on my mother (Marian Marie White aunt Cora's daughter) and we would have wonderful conversation that I will miss greatly. Her last call was after relocating to NC and she brighten my day.
Rest on cousin Emily and much love to our family.

Resolution for Mother Emily Mitchell
“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” John 14: 1-3

The Senior Choir of Shiloh Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ bow in humble submission to the Master’s will. We mourn the loss of a former choir member, Mother Emily Mitchell.
Mother Mitchell was a member of the Senior Choir for many years. For a period of time, she served as president. She will be remembered as a dedicated and willing worker.
Therefore, be it resolved: That even as we mourn Mother Mitchell’s homegoing we must submit to an all-knowing God.
We are grateful to God for having shared with us the life of Mother Mitchell.
Her life was an example of service and devotion.
Be it further resolved, that we extend our deepest sympathy to the family and pray God gives you comfort in this time of sorrow.
We ask that a copy of this resolution be given to the family.
Humbly submitted,
The Senior Choir of
Shiloh Church of Christ,
Disciples of Christ

My Dear Aunt Emily,
We were blessed to really know you only for a short period of time, but during that time you were a constantly positive light, and example for Godly living. We, and the rest of the family, will miss your presence, and follow your golden example.
