We are sorry for your loss. We also can identify with your family and what you have dealt with in caring for someone with Alzheimer's. Dad passed away with 7 years ago from Alzheimer's. We cared for him at home until the last 3 months. Darrell was a kind and helpful person and we will always remember his kind acts done for our family.

I am so sorry to hear of this. Darrell (Mr. Peoples to me) was always so kind and gracious. Truly a Great Man and the Father of one of my best friends. I just hope that the entire family finds comfort in that he was so well thought of and loved by so many folks because he truly did touch so many lives. He will be missed by many besides just his family I can promise you that. He really was that kind of guy. My thoughts and Prayers are with the family. Rest in Peace Mr. Peoples, I'm pretty sure you have a BIG Crown waiting for you in Heaven.

Dear Alyce, it's been so many years since we've seen each other but wanted you to know that I'm so sorry for your loss. I will always remember what a kind and gentle person Darrell was and the Saturday night dinners we had with you all so many years ago. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

IM VERY SAD ABOUT MY FRIEND MR. PEOPLES, HE WAS A KIND AND A GREAT MAN, IM GOING TO MISS HIM AND MAKE God BLESS YOUR SOUL AND THE AUTHORITY OF HEAVEN; I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE. HE WHO BELIEVES IN ME, THOUGH HE MAY DIE, HE SHALL LIVE. AND RESURRECTION HAS TWO ASPECTS. THE BODIES OF BELIEVERS WILL BE RAISED, AND THEIR SPIRITS WILL ALSO LIVE ON IN HEAVEN. Josh and I are deeply saddened to hear of Mr. People's passing. He was a fine man and I am comforted because I am one of the lucky ones who got to know him through the family business. I join you and the many others who will miss him, but I remain grateful still for having known Mr. Peoples. My God comfort all of you through this difficult time.

I am sorry about Darrell. He will be missed by all who loved him. Darrell played basketball at Bunn High School. I remember him as being a good addition to the team. He was a team man.

It is always hard to find words of comfort to offer during a time of loss, but please know our thoughts are with your family, the scripture can also be of comfort. Notice 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 describes a God of comfort, "who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God. " May God comfort you during this difficult time and may you find comfort in his promise of a resurrection. - John 5:28,29
