It is with great sadness that the family of Burt Vaughan Greene, 59, of Raleigh announce his passing on Friday, August 31, 2018. He was born October 16, 1958 in Wake County to Frances Vaughan Greene and the late Wilbert McDonald Greene. Burt honorably served his country in the US Navy and was a carpenter by trade.Burt is survived by his: Mother: Sarah “Frances” Vaughan Greene, Sister: Julia G. Zeigler and husband Craig of Youngsville, Niece: Jessica Zeigler Jones and husband Will of Chicago and son Barrett Jones, Nephew: Jarrett Zeigler of Youngsville and son Jaxon Zeigler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Masonic Home for Children, 600 College Street, Oxford, NC 27565.
