Albert William Grady, Jr., 76, passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at Wake Med. “Jr.” was born January 10, 1942 in Cumberland County to the late Albert William Grady, Sr. and Margaret Canady Grady Edge. He was a retired electrician with Watson Electrical.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathy Grady Baker (Tracy) of Clayton; grandchildren: Melissa Pope (Derek) of Archer Lodge, Eva Grady and Sullivan Grady of Apex; sister, Robin Edge Rose (Rex) of Clayton; brothers: Stanley M. Grady (Betty) and Donald “Don” L. Grady (Pearl), all of Troy; and a daughter-in-law, Jennifer Grady of Apex.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Katie Davis Grady and sons: Brad Grady and Albert W. Grady III.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Calvary Cornerstone Holiness Church, 337 S. Elizabeth Street, St. Pauls, NC 28384. Visitation will follow in the church fellowship hall.
