Wanda Gale (Gregory) Watkins

Wanda Gale Gregory Watkins, 69, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, November 20, 2020. Wanda was born April 24, 1951 to the late Hugh Douglas Gregory and Kathleen Watkins Gregory. She retired as a trainer from Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals with 35 years of dedicated service. Wanda was a loving wife and mother but was proudest of her title as Gummy and Grandma.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Neuse Baptist Church, 4444 Louisbury Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Burial will follow at Beulah Christian Baptist Church, 8225 Mitchell Mill Road, Zebulon, NC 27597.

The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:45 pm at the church. You are kindly asked to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Curtis Allen Watkins; sons: Phillip Allen Watkins and wife Kimberly, Bryan Douglas Watkins and wife Jessica; her special grandchildren: Haley, Regan, Talyn, Brody, Evan, Jayce, and Jaxon Watkins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Robert Gregory, sister Kimberly Brisson, and a nephew Ronald Brisson. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Neuse Baptist Church Missions.
