Candace Anne Tongue

Candace Anne Tongue, 68, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022. She was born February 6, 1953 in Raleigh, NC to the late Benjamin Hardy Tongue and Mary Candace Scarborough. She graduated from Peace College. Candace loved Wendell and lived there most of her life. She loved her family and most of all her precious grandchildren. 

A memorial visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Sunday, February 6, 2022 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC.

She is survived by her son, Andrew Barden Johnson (Melanie); daughter, Robin Ancheta (Robert); grandchildren: AJ, Leah, Elena, Ethan.
