Obituary

Vance Ray Turner, age 89 passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024. He was born in Franklin County NC to the late Joseph Henry Turner and Mamie Crowder Turner. Vance was the owner/operator of Turner's Septic Tank Service of Raleigh NC.

His memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 3420 Barwell Rd., Raleigh NC 27610 at 3:00 pm Saturday April 20, 2024.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne Bultje Turner; their children: Angela Bustamante (Juan), Lisa Tracy (David), Jonathan Turner and Candace Turner; and his sister, Nell Bailey; along with their grandchildren: Alex Jones, Ethan Tracy, Gabe Bustamante, Bella Bustamante, Johanna Turner and Valerie Turner.
