Woodrow William “Bill” Barber, 57, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017. He was born August 31, 1960 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Woodrow Joseph Barber and Elsie Mae Morrow Barber. Bill was a self-employed carpenter. 

A service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date. 

Surviving: sister, LeAnne Martin and husband Thomas of Wake Forest; step-sister, Carol Ann Alsobrook of Florida; brother, James Matthew Barber of Florida; niece, Taryn N. Martin; nephew, Thomas R. Martin II; step-mother, Eleanor Barbara of Florida.
