Robert “Bob” Collison Mullins, 88, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 at his home on 1954 Old Halifax Rd., Youngsville. He was born May 3, 1929 in Kanawha, WV to the late Dewey Admiral Mullins and Beatrice Virginia Deem Mullins. Bob worked many years doing various jobs with Burlington Mills, Glaxo and supervisor in the mailroom for NC state government. 

Funeral service 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1581 Bethlehem Church Rd, Youngsville, 27596. Burial will follow at the Privette Family Cemetery, 1980 Old Halifax Rd., Youngsville. 

The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 1:45 pm at the church. 

Surviving: sons: Craig Mullins of Youngsville, Mike Mullins of Raleigh; grandchildren: Lori Mullins, Chris Mullins; brother, Charlie Mullins of Appomattox, VA; sisters: Sue M. Hall of Maryland, Jo Ann M. White of Farmville, VA. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Joyce Privette Mullins; son, Steven Blake Mullins; brothers: Roger and Carl Mullins; sisters: Phyllis McGuire, Shelda Coffey. 

In lieu  of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church.
