Ralph Matthews, 89, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017. He was born December 3, 1928 in Guilford County to the late Ralph Matthews and Mary Rose Matthews.  

Memorial service 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, 27545.

The family will receive relatives and friends immediately following the service.

Surviving: wife, Mary Ann Matthews; son, Dale Scott Matthews (Ginger) of Middlesex; step-sons: Russell Brown (Becky) of Indiana, Bill Brown (Arren) of Stokesdale; grandchildren: Cynthia Hauer (Spencer) of Selma, Brandon Matthews (Jessica) of Middlesex.
