Norma C. Rollins passed from this life peacefully at her home in Knightdale in the morning hours of November 27. She was born to Eva Maud Wallace and William Franklin Cousins, Jr. on August 5th 1942. During her life she married, raised three sons, and lived in Japan, California, Tennessee, Virginia and North Carolina. She lived the last 15 years of her life near the coast in Dare and Currituck Counties and was an active member of the Sharon United Methodist Church. In April 2017 she moved to Knightdale to live with her son and his family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her youngest son, Steven, and her husband Claude, and survived by her middle son Michael of Suffolk, Virginia, and her eldest son David, daughter-in-law Katherine, and granddaughters Emily and Mary Ann of the home. Her life was testimony to the power and strength of love.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Wendell United Methodist Church, 129 N. Main St., Wendell, NC 27591.

Also a second service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Sharon United Methodist Church, 275 Poplar Branch Rd, Poplar Branch, NC 27965.
