We can look forward to the day when there will be no more sickness and death. Revelation 21:4 says: "And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7, 1 Peter 5:7) jw.org

Sylvia,
I was so sorry to read about your Dad. I want to express my deepest sympathy to you and your family. It has been a very long time but I still remember working with you and your Mom, Irene.

My condolences to the Gurkin family: When someone dies we ask, "Will they live again"? The Bible writer, Job asked the same question please read, Job 14:14-15. 1 Corinthians 15:26 shows that God views death as an enemy just like you do. The scriptures also assures us that God is eager to resurrect your loved one who is now sleeping in the grave.- John 5:28-29. That will be a beautiful time. May this be of comfort to you, at this time of loss and death of Marion.

Ralph, and family. I was shocked to read Lewis's obituary in today's paper. I have wondered why he hasn't been by to chat. I had no idea he has been in the VA Hospital. If Dexter were still here, he would be so lost to lose his best golfing buddy. They always had such fun playing together. He has been a good friend to both of us. I am so sorry for your loss. I know you and the rest of the family will miss him terribly. Dexter always enjoyed talking with you as well, when you stopped by with your dad. Again, I am so sorry he is gone. Please, give my condolence to Sylvia and the rest of the family.

Dear Family,
I'm so sorry to hear of Lewis's passing. He was a great role model as my my Little League baseball coach at Lions Park. Our friendship had been rekindled the past couple of years through working at the Mudcats. Always enjoyed chatting about baseball and life as we watched batting practice before starting work.

Sylvie, Ralph & Rick, I am so very sorry for your loss. Lew was such a good friend to Darrell and me. He will be missed by many. Every time I hear the Pledge of Allegiance, I will always hear him say, "Play ball!"
