Jeremy Wayne Smith, 33, our precious son and beloved brother passed away early Monday, July 10, 2017 due to a vehicle accident in Rolesville. He was born July 28, 1983 in Wake County to Rae Dale Smith and Gayla Boone Smith. In addition to his parents, Rae and Gayla, Jeremy is survived by his sister, Jessica and brother-in-law, Jerry Parker; niece, Gracie Rae Parker; nephew, Dallas Matthew Parker all of Zebulon; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that share in the loss of this gentle and loving man.

A service to celebrate his life will be held 7:00 pm, Thursday, July 13, 2017 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Rd., Knightdale, 27545 with Reverend J. Marshall Neathery officiating.

The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, prior to the service from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at the funeral home and other times at the home, 3920 Quarry Road, Zebulon, 27597.         

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SPCA of Wake County, 200 Petfinder Way, Raleigh, NC  27603.
