Hal Wesley Phillips

Hal Wesley Phillips, 59, of Raleigh and Goldsboro passed away Friday, January 19, 2018 after years of declining health. Hal was born December 22, 1958 to Rose Wall Phillips and the late Horace W. Phillips. Hal was developmentally disabled and had been a resident of O’Berry Neuro-Medical since 1970. He had a pleasant disposition, a sweet smile, and was dearly loved. 

Graveside Service: 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Greenmount Cemetery, Industrial Drive, Wendell, NC 27591. 

Hal is survived by his mother, Rose Wall Phillips of Raleigh; brothers: Michael Wade Phillips (Diane) and Terry Wayne Phillips (Jane); nieces:   Anna Phillips and Natalie Phillips; aunts: Frankie P. Randolph and Mary Wall.
