Debra Lee Timmons Mann, 62, passed away Friday, November 17, 2017 at her home in Raleigh. She was born October 30, 1955 in Hillsville, VA to the late Roger Frank Timmons and Patricia Anne Taylor Timmons Hagwood. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister and friend to many and will be greatly missed.   

A service to celebrate her life will be held 7:00 pm, Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Neuse Baptist Church, (meets at Rolesville Middle School), 4700 Burlington Mills Road, Rolesville, NC 27571 .

Surviving: husband, Willie Clarence Mann; daughter, Patricia Mann; sisters: Dana Lynn Hagwood, Jeanne Carol Hagwood; maternal grandmother, Ruby A. Carrington.
