May you find comfort and strength in knowing that God loves you and he cares for you, through talking to God in prayer, and from God's Word, the Bible. Psalm 36:7 says: "How precious your loyal love is, O God! In the shadow of your wings, the sons of men take refuge". 1 Peter 5:7 "Throw all your anxiety (cares, worries) on him, because he cares for you". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he for you! Isaiah 41:10,13 2 Corinthians 1:3,4)

I'm so sorry to learn of Barbara's death. I worked w/ her at Eastern for 19 yrs. One of the smartest women I've ever known. After Eastern closed it's doors, she was basically the conduit for the former employees, always keeping us abreast of what was going on, and she spearheaded the monthly retirees luncheon at the Marriott in Raleigh. A timeless beauty she was and a brilliant woman! God Bless you all!

I will miss seeing Barbara 's smiling face at church and especially at our monthly Keen age meeting. She always knew the right things to say at the right time. My friend will be missed.
