My family is greatly appreciative of the treatment we received here. Melissa went above and beyond trying to accommodate us and was so comprehensive. The whole staff was nice and welcoming. We had my father’s service and cremation process here, and Melissa was supportive every step of the way. No complaints and I would definitely recommend their services to anybody that is going through this rough process. I am sure they will take great care of them just how they did with us.

Poole's has been associated with our family for over 50+ years, They have the most caring staff. Recently my mother was there for her funeral (Betty Richardson) , and Barbara Poole did such an outstanding job on my mama. In October 2018, Melissa and Barbara were a wonderful comfort for me when my husband, Kenneth McPherson passed away from a long illness. My late husband's wishes were for cremation and Poole took care of everything. I was able to choose an urn for his ashes and also a small remembrance container for my stepdaughter since she lives in California. Everyone at Poole was very professional and caring. I appreciate all of their service to me. They made a difficult time very easy, simple, and comforting.
